When you purchase something from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (ip) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. 

Shipping

DAP delivery (delivered at place)

The seller is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods, ready for unloading from the arriving means of transport, at the named place. Other options are available for a cost. E-mail us support@eliaselias.dk for any special needs or if you wish to get a shipping quote.

Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods are available for unloading; so unloading is at the buyer’s risk.

The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Contact support@eliaselias.dk before you return your item. eliaselias do not stand for the exchange or return shipping cost.
To return item please follow these procedures; 

1. Email support@eliaselias.dk to let us know about your return. Provide us with your order number and reason for return. 

2. Pack the item back in its original packaging with labels. Print or mark your package with your return number (provided by eliaselias support team). 

3. Send it back or drop off the item at our warehouse. Let us know the tracking number if the item will be shipped back.

Claims

If the item has been damaged during shipping the item will be reconditioned or returned to us. If this issue occur you must sent pictures of damages, packaging and description before we can accept this as a claim. Contact: support@eliaselias.dk

Order and account emails

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

·       Your customer account password has been reset or updated

·       You’ve made a purchase

·       Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

Vintage furniture

Vintage Items are used and bought as used. The vintage product are described as accurately as possible, but the buyer must be aware that the item is used and bought as used.

All items are available in dkk, usd and euro. 

Vat is included on all eu orders.

Force majeure

eliaselias is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles, or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.

Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our website is hosted on squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
